You stay in control of who sees your information. You may access your PEERClinic records on any device and at any time. You are responsible for securing access to your devices, account information, passwords, and passcodes to protect the privacy of the information you enter, and for deciding whom to give access to the information. You only grant to PEERClinic the rights necessary to operate the services provided in this guide. You may grant to members of your care team the rights to see information within the parameters set by you for each survey, checklist or other journal entry. PEERClinic does not share any of your personal information with anyone other than the individuals you authorize. To authorize individuals to view your information, you may enter contact information for them directly or select them from contacts in your address book. If you choose to select from your contact directory, PEERClinic will not look at or use any other information about your contacts. When your record dates in your personal journal, the dates can also be added as events in your calendar. If you choose to add them to your calendar, we will not look at or use any other information in your calendar. You may record photographs and videos in your personal journal directly or from your photo library. If you than enable this feature, PEERClinic will not look at or use any other information in your photo library.
